Utica Boiler’s USC Series provides you with the highest energy efficiency available, 87 % AFUE, and the peace of mind resulting from sealed combustion technology. Utica’s sealed combustion differs from the traditional combustion process. It separates room air from combustion air, thereby keeping already heated air from leaving the room – a considerable energy savings over time. And, because it brings air in directly from the outside, it eliminates the potential for carbon monoxide related problems.

The USC can be installed practically anywhere because its low profile design allows placement adjacent to any exterior wall for venting directly to the outdoors. It can also be vertically vented using AL29-4C vent pipe. This makes it a convenient and cost effective choice for a variety of applications: new construction, existing homes, homes with chimney deterioration, or in conversions from electric to hot water heat.

As with all Utica gas-fired residential boilers, the USC features long life cast iron heat exchangers, durable metal push nipples, corrosion resistant stainless steel burners and reliable Honeywell ignition components.

Specially designed noise reduction tubing absorbs the regular sounds of air movement before the air enters the room.
